Known By Many Names  

You may have heard them referred to as Illinois Land Trust, Florida Business Trust, Massachusetts Business Trust, or just as Land Trusts or Blind Trusts.  They are usually referred to as Title Holding Trusts in California, althought they are not very common in California.  They are all very similar, but different due to state laws.
