Expanded Title Holding Trust Webinars and Workshops

Our initial seminars in San Diego, Irvine and Fresno filled up so quickly that we decided to expand our offerings to include more seminars in San Diego, Irvine and Fresno, and we have added two webinars on Title Holding Trusts as well.   

These are basic level seminars discussing the pros and cons of acquiring, owning, holding and disposing of California real estate or any personal property under a Title Holding Trust.  The discussion will include the requirements, structures, processes, strategies, and compliance issues necessary to successfully set-up and maintain a Title Holding Trust or Land Trust or an Illinois Land Trust.  The potential benefits of using a Deferred Sales Trust™ will also be addressed.  There will be plenty of time for open discussions, questions and answers with our experts.  Handout material will be provided for future reference.
